Our child care facility focuses on children 2 years and up, providing an environment which fosters learning. At Active Learning Center Child Care, your child will receive the best of both worlds- the quality care of a child care center and the warmth and comfort of the home-like atmosphere. At ALC we take a proactive stand on childhood development. We also believe that each child is an individual and has his/her own learning style. We offer different learning environments to cater to each personality. Not only do we provide a classroom setting, but also lots of indoor and outdoor play and an art studio. We have a structured preschool curriculum and daily hands- on projects. We introduce children to geography and learn about different countries and cultures. Our curriculum includes Weekly Reader and Science Spin journals. Our unit on music appreciation includes Kinder Music and Music Together programs.
